Oliver Hardy and Stan Laurel are going on a train journey to Pottsville in search of a place to perform their music. But after a hasty departure from the station, they lose their music.

With only Laurel's fiddle remaining, can they find the correct berth, reach Pottsville along with their fiddle, without starting an uncontrollable tearing fight?
