After dinner, something bad happens. Oliver is about to get his throat cut and also Stan (after Ollie’s throat is cut) and Stan and Ollie has no way out. In their room, Ollie says to Stan that he has to keep awake while he sleeps and then swap so that they don’t get their throat cut but it all goes wrong. Stan doesn’t realise that he falls asleep while he is supposed to be awake and needs something to keep awake and get attention to see if the widow is in their room. Ollie then goes back to sleep while Stan try's to stay awake and see Ollie’s foot, thinking that it’s a man’s hand and accidentally shoots his foot and destroys the bed.
